  First time buying from this seller, but I would not hesitate to do so again. These speakers are amazing! They were almost half price as an open-box (but still new) item. Shipping was as promised. I only gave them 4 stars on communication because my question took two days or more to be answered (which isn’t a BIG deal). Like I said, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Overall it was a great experience and I’m loving these Polk Audio Atrium 4 speakers!

  🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 Stars Fantastic monitor—excellent quality, great value, and sleek design. Arrived in perfect condition, well-packaged, and works flawlessly. Included cables were a nice surprise. Though the power cord was missing, the seller handled it quickly and professionally with a partial refund. Great service and communication. Highly recommended—would buy again without hesitation!

  The receiver was exactly as described and was shipped promptly. While the receiver arrived in good shape, the packing was horrible. The box was falling apart. There was a foam bottom the receiver sat upon -- but no other restraining or cushioning foam. It's a genuine miracle it wasn't damaged badly in shipping.

  Item as described and he shipped it in its own box which is perfect. I purchased the same unit off Amazon and they shipped it in a bigger box which damaged the unit. Then I returned that one to buy this one. Great seller!

  After having my 1st offer was countered by ADORAMA, I made offers,2, 3, 4, 5, without any response or counter offers from ADORAMA for this item, I capitulated to the buy it now $$$ for the item. Communication in response to my other offers and packing was virtually non existent. One piece of bubble wrap for a small item in a medium sized box! Becareful what you purchase here. Have been a customer of ADORAM for many, many years & this is the first time I feel customer service has failed!
