I sent a polite email stating the above,which had been ignored? I've since sent another email,and contacted ebay. They still haven't contacted me, so I'm now out of pocket with a part I didn't order, and have the hassle of this to deal with

The seller didn't have the item in his position. Created a label so I don't cancel changed the status to dispatched and I have been waiting for 10 days for the delivery. I sent him messages and I got no response. It was urgent, he left my family without heat in December. He could have cancelled the action so I can buy from someone else . The item was ok, different from the photos, and well packed.
