    Bought embroidery machine per original listing, and when received there were 17 missing parts (hoops alone are $65). Seller offered $50 only toward sourcing the missing parts. I insisted on returning, and ultimately had to get agent involved. Seller stated and deducted $50 stating that I sent back and product wasn't returned in original condition. I object to that as it was simply removed and repacked. Would not purchase from this seller again, mainly due to the hassle. Item not fully described.

    This item is large and with a holiday and weekend the shipping time was excellent. Excellent packaging used for securing the trunk for shipping. The pictures and description made the sale. The dimensions provided matched up to an American Girl Trunk. Doll trunks are very expensive, both ones in good shape and junk. Add shipping, and you have to really think about the purchase. This doll trunk is an excellent value for the item and shipping combined. I LOVE this beautiful trunk!
