    Arrived on time as stated, as described, and the price was right. Awaiting installation by technician, so don't know yet if it works. Contacted seller before ordering and it was confirmed that the unit was the correct one.

    The buyer didn't ship the item out until I had contact him twice, so the item arrived much later than anticipated. When it arrived, it was not the part the part I had ordered. I had ordered a car part and I was sent a small ceiling light electrical bracket. I reached out to the seller several times, taking pictures of the package, label, what was inside and the dimensions of the package. The seller did not respond. I had to contact Ebay to resolve the issue. WOULD NEVER BUY SELLER AGAIN!

    Shipped to me in just a few days and was exactly as described. Fixed my stereo system for half the price!

    This part was incorrect when delivered. It was packaged so badly fedex wouldn’t accept the return. It would cost me nearly the cost of the part to return it. I contacted the seller with no response. Zero stars. Would not recommend. I have zero chance or hopes of resolution. Pictures attached of packaging and of the incorrect part clearly not matching the listing pictures.

    The packaging was horrible & the quality of the condition the handle came in was dirty and yea I know that it’s used.. The reused box made me think that someone opened my item and resealed the box. The label and the product was filthy. I almost wanted to return the product just because of how it all arrived; not as described more pictured. The value of the product was great but please work on packaging as well as shipping,

    Had a little mix up with the part I ordered. Owner responded immediately to my message and quickly shipped the right part. I was looking for a specific color so I didn’t haggle price to much but with shipping included I thought it was a good deal. Exactly what I was looking. Would definitely use them again when I need another part!
