  Parts received. Excellent condition. Used but look like new-never used. The seller is very prompt replying to questions, and very helpful. Excellent customer service.

  Seller waited 6 days before not sending and cancelling the order No explanation and then I looked the next day and the item was still for sale Very bad customer service

  Buyer doesn't have the facts correct. We went to ship this item 3 days after item was purchased, unfortunately the shipping cost exceeded our free shipping limit by $25...total shipping would have been $32 on a $70 part. We reserve the right to cancel and refund buyer if they do not want to pay the excess shipping cost but we communicated that immediately on the 3rd day and asked or payment or that we would fully refund...THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THE BUYER, so he was fully refunded.

  Online item was exactly what I was looking for. Couldn’t match my old range number, but took a chance. Once it arrived I realized I it was the wrong size. My fault. Won’t work on my range. Aaron at ADA has been very helpful, quick to respond and we are starting the return process. I would buy from them again. ✔️
