    Listing clearly stated to be supplied with wooden box but supplier sent the item in cardboard box and when queried they could not supply with wooden box Listing needs correction asap. Supplier then issued partial refund which was acceptable to me.

    Due to a lost in postage issue, the delivery time was extended, these guy's where great. they kept in contact throughout. and sent a replacement item for my none delivery. using a different mail method. 100 % happy with these guy's. The cutting tool I received was well wrapped and quickly posted. And I would like to say, Thank you for everything. Truly 100% guy's. Again thank you. yes a small item to you. but a much need tool for me. So again Thank you guy's
