    The chair arrived damaged in transportation. After contacting the seller a pick up service was organised immediately for the very next day and I have received my money as soon as they got the chair back. Very smooth return and pleasure to deal with. Can’t recommend the seller highly enough.

    Pacco arrivato in perfette condizioni, sarebbe stato molto gradito del pluriball per assorbire gli urti del trasporto, ma nel complesso è andato tutto bene grazie anche al corriere che ha fatto il suo lavoro in maniera impeccabile, l'articolo è arrivato intatto e funzionante. Venditore serio,affidabile e consigliato. A++

    Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf. Habe selten Möbel bestellt die so gut verpackt waren. Schäden durch Transport unmöglich. Danke das ich Ware gekauft habe, wo ich mich nicht ärgern muss wegen Transport Schäden und dann noch Arbeit habe mit Retournieren. Sehr gerne wieder Top!!
