IMO the company ships immediately, the product(s) are always just as described and the pricing very competitive.     Outstanding seller! Communication was quick and professional. The Chris Reeve Small Sebenza 31 arrived fast, packaged securely, and in perfect condition. The quality is exceptional, the appearance is stunning in person, and the value for such a premium knife is unbeatable. 10/10 experience - highly recommend!

    Had issue with knife, but seller worked with me and the manufacturer to help resolve the issue as best they could. Just because there was a defect issue on a brand new sealed packaged knife, doesn’t mean there was any problem with the seller. High quality customer service!!!
