    Action Computers is an A+++++ Seller of refurbished computers. This is the 3rd one that I've purchased from them and they deliver great quality at a great price for an excellent value. The computers are always as described and I choose store pickup in Denver, so no shipping costs and packaged perfecty when I arrive. Also, they are amazing communicators and are alway rapid to respond to messages. Thanks so much Action Computers

    Fast shipping in well package. Item as described. It's very good price if it worked. Unfortunately, this laptop kept shutting off so I had to return. NO question from seller. I should give a credit to seller. Thank you for easy return.

    I tell him that the item arrived as described in the photo and that it doesn't work as it's supposed to and I only ask through the speaker and then no response.A lot was paid for a good shipment and it arrived in a mess.I have purchased other items from another seller. Shipping is much cheaper. The boxes arrive in bad condition, but the packaging is good and the items are not affected by the carrier's handling.

    When I received this laptop, Absolute monitoring and tracking was enabled and active. I contacted the seller about this. He then contacted the original owner to request that it be removed. It took about two weeks, but I did disable the Absolute Persistence Module!

    Turntable tone arm arrived broken, tone arm weight arrived broken, tone arm support arrived broken, the advertised pictures show those parts in perfect condition. Terrible way to pack , tone arm was not secure for transit. Plate was not secure either. I know the turntable was only good for parts, but some good parts were ruined during transit.
