    Order placed on 4th September with a projected delivery date of between 6th and10th of the month. According to the on-line feedback , the order had been packed and dispatched on the same day. However, the tracking information suggested it had not been dispatched, and a further email referred to a delay. The order arrived , yesterday, some 10/12 days after the estimated delivery date - hence the neutral feedback.

    apologies for late delivery but I can assure you that I dispatch your order same day as there are few to handle. we, the seller, have to choose any of courier to ship order but unfortunately we received unto-wanted feedbacks which impact us lot but nothing to couriers.
