  I ordered the correct item! They sent me the wrong item! Supplier’s are not supposed to challenge the consumer, but try to correct the problem by investigating the issue. It’s very possible that this was a “one of situation” , but not probable……

  The pictures contained the manufacturer label. The item purchased was the item sent. If the factory mislabeled the item, you could have emailed me and we could've fixed the problem instead of immediately leaving a negative feedback.
