  I ordered a silver pearl necklace, but instead received a gold pearl necklace. The seller admitted they sent the wrong one because the silver was sold out, yet rather than canceling my order or informing me, they shipped this without my consent. Now they’re only offering me a 10% discount or £7 refund—absolutely ridiculous. They could have easily canceled and refunded my order, but instead tried to force me to keep something I didn’t want. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER – SCAM ALERT.
