  This is a beautiful item, and very delicate. The packaging was very secure and it was well-padded (thank you very much) and the box indicated that USPS has handled it pretty roughly, though the contents were perfect, Shipping was delayed by USPS by the snow event, but that's not on the seller. All things considered, this is an excellent seller, one I hope to do business with again! 6/5 stars!

  Very Pleased With Scrooge Nutcracker and Seller...Package Was Well Secured and Put In Mail Promptly...Thanks!!!!! I'm not so pleased with USPS. They picked up the package on Dec. 12, 2024, and kept it at the pickup location until Dec. 30th. Due to no fault by the seller, I didn't receive the package until Jan. 2, 2025, but on the bright side, it did arrive and in very good condition.

  Awesome! Ordered this on Sunday evening and it arrived today (Wednesday)! It was customized as requested with no errors. It looks great and came packed very well to protect it during shipping!   Very kind seller; honest, and very good communication. Item was sent in a timely manner. This shop has many, many beautiful nutcrackers (which I collect).
