  My caps were exactly as described. They had wear, but they looked better in person than in the pictures. The mounting screws weren't mentioned in the listing, but were included, so that was an added value for me. Seller communication was great! Overall, this was as close to a perfect transaction as there is. I'm very happy! 5 stars, A+ rating, 10 out of 10, however you want to look at it, it was great!

  Second purchase with this seller. This time the card showed up in a top loader, which is a plus. Shipping took a while—I almost forgot about the card. The photos didn’t really show the card’s true condition (top edge has some flaking). Considering the card was overpriced at $20, the “compensation” of cutting the price in half just brought it down to what it should’ve been in the first place—especially since the first order was shipped with no top loader. I just threw it into the binder. Thanks.

  I am not by any means a Pokemon expert, but I do try to give excellent customer service. I truly tried to make this customer happy, but I'm on a learning curve right now most people are pleased w my products. thanks for giving me a chance.
