  Item was exactly what I ordered. Great Quality brand new item and well packaged. But I must say the seller went above and beyond to make sure I received my item on time. I received a email letting me know I will not receive item on scheduled date. Not only was it not going to be received on time, they gave me a date 2 week later than expected. I reached out to seller and he assured me I will get it. And to my surprise I did. Very impressed and satisfied.

  Very good communication from feslie. Very attentive and polite. Double checked I was ordering correctly. Tracking was good and I am happy with the delivery speed. The item is exactly as described and works perfectly. The packaging was top notch so the item was in perfect condition and overall I feel it is great value

  Super Kaufabwicklung, sehr gute Kommunikation und Beratung. Wir können diesen Shop mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Der Verkäufer hat Fotos vom alten Akku verlangt, damit wir auch wirklich die passenden Akkus für unsere Hitway BK 6 erhalten. Brauchten auch nichts umbauen war gleich passend. Lieferung früher als erwartet. Also wirklich ein super Service und sehr kompetent sehr gerne wieder.

  Same battery as OEM. Seller was excellent in confirming that this battery was compatible with my Lectric bike version. There were some tracking number confusion but the seller quickly clarified the matter and communication received was exceptional and timely. Recommend.
