  Ordered a pair of boots which when they arrived were too small even though I ordered my usual size. These were exchanged for a larger size with no quibble or query, a prepaid return label was supplied. The exchanged boots, a size bigger, were also too small and a prepaid return label was supplied. A full refund was paid promptly. Superb service and communication at all stages from this seller.

  Men’s Real Leather Jacket Puffer Hooded Black Hoodie Fully Quilted Jacket 2006. The jacket arrived fairly quickly and was just as described. Unfortunately it was much too large for me. The company responded immediately to a return request and I was reimbursed within a couple of days. Communication with this company was of an extremely high calibre. I would certainly be happy to do business with this company again. Thank you.

  there was a hiccup with this order. item ordered, despatched, royalmail didnt receive it. i was then notified that the order was not enroute due the quality of the product not meeting the sellers high standards&that there would be a delay while new stock arrived, the seller kindly offering discount or refund. the point is this, most buyers have concerns regarding purchases but this seller is reachable &reliable. if hiccups occur, be it availability or delivery, this seller shows integrity.

  Excellent jacket from an excellent seller. This is the third jacket I've purchased from them. Really happy with the service and the jacket. Were very responsive to messages. This one is going to be my new daily wear up until the winter months. Really, really pleased with it. It was only coming from the UK, but I think I ordered it on Saturday, and it was delivered to my door in Ireland by Tuesday lunchtime. Top, top service and a great product.   Quality is very good and so is the colour, the jacket looks exactly like the photo. The cost was lower than other companies so I got the best deal at £80ish. Highly recommend this seller he's very polite and humble.
