  Model is actually nicer than expected. Was wrapped in plastic, shipped in an appropriately sized box, but not much around it for packing materials so it was banging around in the box on arrival. Thankfully nothing broke in transit. Shipped VERY fast, a great price for a model from the holiday horse line, and very reasonable ship costs. Overall a good transaction, much appreciated!

  It’s perfect! The bookbag has a few stains but they are barely noticeable. The most important parts are like new and I can’t wait to use it for my senior bookbag. This item was discontinued by pottery barn so I’m very thankful that I found this seller who had it. I’ve been looking everywhere! Shipping price was not that pricey ($9.31) but it was necessary. Packaging was tidy and solid. Great value considering it’s a pretty old bag and it’s not available. Great communication with the seller.
