  The item received was as advertised after the missing parts were received in a separate shipment per communications with the Seller. The item was shipped quickly, the replacement parts took a little longer than expected. The item is of excellent quality, has a great appearance, and is a good value.   Shipping was fast, packaging was good and product was as described. The only problem I had was getting the head on the body, so I messaged ACEC UNION and ask for suggestions on how to get it on and they responded quickly with an answer and what do in which I was very appreciated.
