    This vendor went above and beyond to satisfy me the first alternator was missing from the tracking and he didn’t mess around he checked with the shipper couldn’t get a straight answer and immediately sent out another alternator that day with 2nd day air , this guy really care about his customers I will buy again that’s for sure . I definitely recommend this vendor. Great job sir!!!

    Well, after communicating with the owner about his product and a lot of talk going over the condition and performance. I was satisfied with the answers I was given. Further more. The owner is a great guy. I had the privilege to speak with this person in person. His shop is local to where I work and don't have to worry about another alternator breakdown. I am glad I choose well by selecting his company. And, his prices are reasonably fair, and no core charge required, which can be a hassle.

    Item was shipped and arrived very quickly. Looks brand new, beautiful unit, but it was the wrong unit. They had mislabeled the listing but I notified them and it wasn't 10 minutes from the time I notified them to the time they were on the phone with me and then we have a replacement immediately on the way. No muss no fuss. Wonderful people to work with. This is THE place to buy alternators, generators, starters and like.

    Exactly what was shown. Very clean. It wasn't the seller's fault for late delivery. ACE is in California, for some reason USPS sent to East coast only to send in back to California where I am at. Lol. Installed the starter and it cranked right away. I would definitely recommend this seller to other people looking for reliable starters.
