  I ordered these discs to replace some that were lost at my bowling club, I have purchased itmes from Acclaim before, and the service is always excellent. However this order did not arrive. I contact Acclaim after receiving a review request, they responded almost immediately, apologising for this happening, and informed me that replacements would be sent 1st class recorded delivery the next day. I received the package today, This is excellent old fashioned customer service, Well done and thanks

  Arrived in good time and looks very good and good value for money. A good quality product and in new condition. The 4 bowls separate carrier was missing from original delivery, but this could be because it was "re-packaged" by the courier company. According to the seller it should have been delivered in a cardboard box, however I received it in a plastic bag. The issue was quickly rectified by the seller without quibble. Would recommend this seller and will likely purchase from them again.

  I could not appreciate this seller more, sent wrong size Item, Following a quick message, Seller sent the correct Item out next day delivery. Item arrived and was perfect.   I ordered several swimwear items - men's and women's - and all are very good quality. All are as described and pictured, in great condition and are at good value prices. Appearance when worn is good and pleasing. The order was sent quickly, too. I've ordered more! So, obviously, I rate this as a good seller worth buying from.

  Ordered two score checkers which were delivered quickly. However, one was defective and following an email to the seller through ebay, a replacement was sent immediately by first class recorded delivery. This is exceptional service and the seller can certainly be recommended.
