    Item never arrived, the tracking number I was given said item didn't exist so I can't really be sure it was dispatched. The customer service was pretty terrible, I was asked to close the case I opened as they wouldn't dispatch a "new item" until I did. They claimed they were chasing it up but until I messaged them I was left out the loop. Full refund given otherwise it would be negative feedback

    Never received item, apparently had been returned the day it was supposed to be delivered. No communication from this seller, takes days to respond! When I agreed on a refund they have just ignored me and I’ve still not received a reply or a refund!

    After the expected delivery date had passed, I tried to message the seller, but the message button was greyed out and I couldn’t do that. When I tracked the parcel it said it had been returned to the seller. I waited another week with no communication from the seller and still not able to contact them. Eventually I messaged EBay who sorted it out and assisted a refund. Seller asked me not to leave negative feedback – but their lack of communication was unacceptable.
