  Studs packaged unwrapped in a plain DL envelope which was torn in transit. Studs were used and well worn which was not made clear in the description. The picture too small to see condition of the studs and just assumed for £10 incl postage they were new, who would knowingly buy worn studs. Very poor value

  Firstly, we apologise that unfortunately this items packaging was ripped in transit which was out of our control and will use something stronger to send off in next time. However this item was clearly stated as used in the listing and clear photos were shown. These specific studs are now rare as they are for older models hence why they were priced at £7.99 which we see as fair. Aside from all this we offered the chance to return with a full refund as we do to every buyer. Buyer did not get back
