    Packaged good & fast shipping, the remote I received was good quality but it was different from the one I bought but it looked almost exactly the same I think it was down to human error, when I noticed them about receiving the wrong order they were understanding & sympathetic , while being friendly they were happy to rectify the mistake & sent the correct remote that day & I received it the following day free without extra charges , I’m happy with my purchase & experience so I would use again

Delivered within less than 58 hours (from Belfast, N.I., BT17; to West Midlands); following my order being accepted. Satisfied purchaser and I would recommend this electrical product and the highly responsive ebay seller. Good work all round! Thank you kindly.

    Wow, just wow. Received tv remote control in good time but it didn't work at all. Tried for days googling how to match up with my TV but no joy. Called seller and explained the problem and he said he'd send a different one and that if it didn't work to send them both back for a full refund. I called at 2pm on Tuesday and the new remote arrived 10.30 the following day - and it worked as soon as I put the batteries in. Can't recommend this seller enough.

    Delivered speedily. Works a treat with only a light press on the keys required what a change. This item is a replacement for one bought from another supplier which seemed to work straight away but rapidly overheated and l,m talking seconds contacted that seller and said l believed there was a safety issue with their “genuine” product,not had a reply. Be careful . Recommend this product and seller.
