  Had a hiccup with my order. I never received the item because the delivery service they used dropped off my item at the wrong location instead of my house. I had to email them about it and after a few exchanges they did make it right by using a Full Refund and therfore im leaning a positive feedback because the Customer Service was great despite this mishap which I appreciated. Thanks

  AAA+ seller, Quick shipping, didn't understand the tracking and didn't even know that it was delivered. Description as described new in package. Other than tracking everything is great including the price. Thank you

  The items arrived in reasonable time and in the condition described. There was a mix-up in tracking numbers resulting from an honest mistake that caused a bit of confusion, but the seller responded quickly to ensure the correct order was received in a timely manner. No problems. The question is not whether or not mistakes happen. The question is about how we respond when they do occur.
