  So at first the seller sent the wrong pack of LEDs, when I asked about it they checked and confirmed, they sent the correct one at their cost without any hassles without anything they made it right, and for me that is costumer service, so the experience was great

  This seller sent the wrong item. They agreed to refund but stated they were unable to provide a return label. They requested that I return the item through USPS. USPS gave me the cost of $25.85. I did not return the item. I again contacted the seller to let them know that I did not wish to spend $25.85 on postage. The seller has not responded again. Ebay has it as a return started so I was not able to get help from them. Tried to contact Ebay by phone and that was a nightmare! Still no answers
