  shipping box was homemade out of another box no packing material and no paperwork in box when I realised dvd were meant to play in another country I requested return. seller took dvds back but then i was charged return shipping If it were in the ad that dvds would not play in USA, I would never have purchased not a clear description would not use this seller again due to unclear description and unprofessional sloppy packing
