  The item is in exactly the same condition as advertised, very well packed and delivered within the promised time frame. The seller was concerned that he may not have exactly the specific item that I had ordered, so asked if I would accept an upgrade to one with twice the capacity for no extra charge, which I was happy to accept. I must say that this seller is a person that takes customer satisfaction very seriously, which is like a breath of fresh air nowadays and I can thoroughly recommend him.

  Thank you for a pleasant, professional and flawless experience. This seller gave me an excellent deal for buying 6 units and meticulously went through the serial numbers to make sure it matched my requirements. It was very well packed, individually in fact, and arrived in excellent condition. One of the units was faulty, which was not the sellers fault, but the seller rapidly sent a replacement that was just as well packed. 11/10, very highly recommended.
