    Perfect controller from a great seller. I must admit, the shipping speed is a bit on the long side, especially considering that I bought from a few other Japanese sellers after this and received my items quicker. However, getting what I ordered as described makes it well worth the wait.

    Received item in condition described. However, consistently poor communication on seller's part. Took multiple attempts over many days to receive responses to basic questions. Even then, the seller often didn't respond to substance of question. I won't do business again with them.

    Unreliable seller. Didn't ship on time, then abusively marked item as 'shipped' without a tracking number. Very slow to respond. I clearly asked for a refund, but they chose to ship anyway without notice. Could only get my money back thanks to eBay's direct involvement. Avoid!
