  Fast shipping, well packaged, item was as described. However once received, the toy sadly didn't talk/work. Contacted seller to let them know, and without hesitation sent me a full refund for the item which I was completely not expecting. Item will still be used in car window for looks. Highly recommend this seller 100%! Very kind and quick reply back as well. 10/10.

  Seller packaged item well, shipped it out well. Item is as described and was an excellent value. FedEx broke my plate. It came crumbled. But I see that the seller really packed the plate well and it is not the seller's fault.

  In good condition but alas it is not working.I missed the word Untested so my fault but description made me believe it was.Very expensive for non working bear.Ebays post brilliant+ arrived earlier than expected .just sad i never saw that it was untested.I even messaged seller who told me battery compartment was good.Very sad as it was birthday gift for my bear mad daughter.Was boxed but no t protected so wire to arm was noy protected
