  Item arrived as described. Matched exactly the current ivory light switch cover plate. USPS delivery is a little unorganized. The item was transferred between multiple USPS stations in my home state before arrival.

  good job, quick ship and well packaged. surprise to see the plastic case instead of the cardboard box that the previous purchases had been shipped in. nice compliment of accessories and tools. oiled and ran it for a couple of minuets and all the controls had a precise and positive feel to them. great transaction. this was a great transaction.

  Very good... super quick shipping... I did ask for some directions to be wrote on the package, and they did not do it,.... but I managed to track it down.... so it will be OK I guess
