  SCAM! They say they are based in Fontana, California and my item shipped from Pennsylvania, but when I asked to return it, they gave me a non-sensical address in China and told me I had to purchase the shipping label when on the ad for the item, it states "seller pays return shipping." This is what these companies do to prevent returns, they lie, and then offer 30% refund so you are stuck paying for an item you wanted to return.

  They are a scam they sent me this water valve for a container even though they gave me a refund it was still on its way with the tracking number they gave me but then in midstream they changed my tracking number to go to somebody else but those people never received it either do not buy from them.
