    The filter arrived promptly and was well packed in the manufacturers original packaging. This is the third 'genuine' manufacturers part that I've had to purchase on Ebay. The first was an aftermarket part which didn't fit my machine anyway, the second never arrived, but third time lucky from this seller, the 'genuine' part arrived and fitted my machine perfectly. Very pleased with the seller and part - just a shame the previous sellers couldn't do the same!

    Excellent customer service and the end result was the new item, as listed. Only a half wheel was sent initially, but a whole wheel was sent very promptly after messaging - answered politely and swiftly. Great eBayer.

    A+++++++++ seller. Lightning fast delivery and as described although the boxes were rather knocked about and beaten up. We wondered if they are perhaps ex-shop/warehouse stock? This didn't matter as the bags inside are absolutely fine so the boxes went straight in the recycling. I honestly couldn't be bothered to spend a morning of my time traipsing around the shops in the freezing cold looking for these and was glad I didn't. Good price for genuine Hoover bags & cheaper than other listings too.

    Arrived on time and exactly as described. Really pleased with the item, it works great. Good price as well. Could have been packaged a bit better though as some delivery companies aren't too gentle with parcels
