    Not the experience I’d hoped for. Item was at good value but arrived damaged, partly due to inadequate packaging, mostly due to FedEx being extremely careless with handling. Vendor was very gracious in accepting return and refunded my payment and shipping. I would buy from them again, but not a sensitive machine like a serger.
