The excellent quality of the pens (I bought two this time), its versitility, the quick receipt, the great price and the exceptional customer service are the reasons why I return.     Items were as described, price was fair, communication was good, shipping was fast. Unfortunately one of them arrived damaged due to careless packaging. The seller issued a prompt refund for the broken item. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

    This turned out to be a great photo in a badly damaged frame. Although packed carefully and shipped super-fast, the photo was fine but the frame was basically dirty and falling apart, probably from the previous owner. When I pointed this out to the seller, they gave me a partial refund, which I used to purchase a new frame.
