  As listed fast shipping, UPS did damage flange on the end of muffler pipe I was able to tap it out my recommendation would be to tape cardboard and a piece of bubblewrap around around that area as it poked through the box they did put a piece of cardboard in there but since it was not the full height it slid underneath the pipe all in all I am very pleased and they communicated and if I needed another one they would have gotten it for me so I do recommend seller

  I never have an issue. I've bought from this seller X3 times. There's never any issues. Shipper is quicker than Flash Gordon. Product come well packaged and fitment is 100%. If I have any issues with fitment on this new resonator. I'll update, however I'm positive this seller will help me to the fullest extent of their capabilities. This is a grade A seller, with awesome customer service attributes.

  I have a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT. The mufflers came as described! Both the left and right mufflers came dent free in the box. Very well packaged. I had them installed along with the Flex Pipe that I needed at my local muffler shop. The mechanic was fast and had no issues installing the mufflers.

  I had to cancel the order. After a week of no communication from the seller, I emailed them and found out the item was not shipped in the 5 days their website said it would be shipped. I was then informed the part wouldn't be available until May. I had to cancel the order and find the part elsewhere. That is unfortunate as I was trying to buy Canadian. I'm still waiting for my refund. All in all, we own an auto repair shop and won't be using this company as a reliable option for parts.

  This listing is misleading. Make sure you read everything on any item, from anyone. I did read it. In the description it stated muffler and resonator. Pic is not actual to items. Post shows muffler, resonator, pipes and muffler clamps. That's where it's falsely advertised. Which is illegal. The pic is not actual to items received. I was not sent what pic shows. I received what was part of description. The pic needs to show, only what is being shipped. It's falsely advertised. Box was opened.
