  Seems like it's brand new. These are hard to find and my stepson loves his that we originally got at target. Invariably, he'll break or lose his original, so this will serve as redundancy.   The product came in damaged, but that being said, I do not believe the seller had any idea. The item was sealed, and looked flawless from the outside package. Once opened, I took several photos and sent them to the seller immediately. The seller was apologetic and requested that I submit for a refund, which i did. The refund was taken care of in a timely manner, and the communication through the entire process was smooth and quick. I would order from this seller again without issues.
