  My previous Berkey spigot was leaking around the outside washer. I reached out to Berkey and was told that they could send me a replacement in 3 to 5 weeks. Since that was unacceptable I looked on eBay and found this seller. They were able to send me a new unit virtually right away and at a lower cost. It arrived well packaged and even had a diagram to properly install the spigot and washers. Everything worked like a charm. I am very pleased!
