The case was supposed to arrive the next day (Royal Mail 1st class) - it never did. The seller kept stalling for time but eventually refunded me. Soured by the experience I order another of this supplier. They said by Friday (about one week) and on Tuesday the Postman delivered! FAB! Under promised and over delivered. This seller is on my "use again" list (unlike the other).

It is also good value and the appearance is the same as the pictures. It comes with a slot to put your apple pen or equivalent. Also, the customer service is excellent. I had a query about a purchase and they responded very promptly and very politely. I would definitely recommend.

This time I didn't receive the item which was a mishap with the label and the local post office. Long story short, tracking said it was delivered. I never got it. I filed a claim with USPS. Informed seller, who got right back to me. We had very good contact throughout this ordeal. Seller offered to send another or give a refund, and followed through with my choice.
