  Seller was fine, but delivery was chaotic in that my purchase was delivered to a property, the solo, aged occupant of which, is in hospital ! My package was addressed to No. 3, but it ended up on the doorstep of no. 17 for over 24 hours ! It was finally located by enquiries made by the seller, otherwise it could have still bee on the doorstep. Great product, as expected of Epson.

  I had high hopes for this company, but my experience was frustrating. After spending over £300, my order never arrived, and my emails were ignored. A week later, I opened a case, and all I got was a refund—no explanation or apology. For a company of their size, the lack of communication and support is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend them based on their poor customer service.
