  For communication and service and delivery a+ but need to update photos with the what the product is originally photo shows shocks yellow but they're actually black Might even be a different quality product compared to what they are supposed to be But Hopefully I'll do the job for now.

  Good price for known branded parts. At least 20% less expensive than those available local to me. The pads were well packed and 'genuine' Bendix CT as described in the listing, Very please with service and value for money. Would definitely use this seller again in the future

  The seller is highly unprofessional and would not use it again. Sat on my order for a week, then changed the status to posted, then after a few follow ups messages the item is in back order and if I would like to cancel, and then cancels on its own. Wasted close to two weeks of my time. If you don't have the item, why to put it on sale and consistently lie about its status.

  Hopeless experience with this ebay seller. Important urgent Harmonic Stabiliser never arrived after 2 weeks waiting. I contacted their physical store before purchasing and they said it would take 3-4 days to arrive. Waited 2 weeks and never arrived. Had to drive my car in a very unsafe condition as a result - BUYERS BEWARE

  First of all, you have already cancelled this order. For every product listing, we clearly state the estimated handling time and ETA. Our Sydney store also informed you that once the item is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, most products are delivered within approximately three business days. We sincerely apologise if you are not satisfied with the experience.

  Well, I cannot provide any feedback about the item as such. The seller cancelled the order and payment was refunded. A bit disappointing but that had happened. They advertised an item that was not in stock. After 8 days waiting for the item to be posted I received a message cancelling the order, providing reasons and notifying me of a full refund. The order was in "awaiting postage" condition for 7 days with no messages explaining why.
