Shipping was quick with pendant received in 18 days from date of sale or 13 days from date shipped. Quality and workmanship very obvious in this pendant.   I am so impressed by the seller. This was not one of the first times I’ve worked with him or her, and I am consistently surprised by the quality of the product and the protective wrapping.   I have yet to receive my ring. It was mailed with the requirement of a signature. I was not told this. The item was returned to the post office after I was not home to sign for it. This is where it has been lost. I am frustrated. This is not entirely the sellers fault, but they have not responded to my messages. That shows poor customer service. If you are ordering internationally I would recommend not purchasing here. The hassle is not worth it.
