  Straw hat arrived as described, in the exact condition illustrated in the many photos and text description in the listing. The pricing reflected the "new with defects" state disclosed in the listing, which made this a good value purchase over new/undamaged. The seller took care to wrap + bubble wrap, and reinforced the box. It was not as good of packaging as the OEM, but a darn good effort resulting in its safe arrival. Shipping was prompt - item received via USPS. WDBWA!

  The item was just as described as it was a bit bend however the packaging was great and for the value it was 100% worth it as it came shipped in a durable box and it arrived in 4 days

  The description is just as the seller says, except the photo shows that both hats have the clasp with the Charlie logo, and one hat is missing that, but I gave one to my daughter and the other is for me, we both love that brand, they come very clean and they sold them at a very good price, they are cheap Delivery was fast and they arrived in very good condition. carefully and very well packaged

  Really happy with my purchase, it’s a real struggle to get a Stetson shipped to the Uk via other online shops but this seller provided a great service. The hat was just as pictured/described and was packaged really well for international shipping with no damage. Will def purchase my hats with this seller in the future, thank you!

  Super seller here! Excellent hat for the price! Item was shipped quickly, packed very well in a box and arrived in perfect condition. This hat was listed by the seller stating it was "New with defects" but I was able to remove the marks and fix the dents and get it like new. Perfect straw Stetson along with a super smooth transaction from start to finish! A+++++
