    I'm extremely happy with with seller. I received my item about 5 days earlier then expected. It was wrapped extremely well so it was well protected.     Shipped and packaged well. The photo was described as an autograph of Bill Russell with a COA. Had the authenticity checked by PSA, and they found the autograph to be fake. I emailed the seller to see if they are willing to do the right thing and refund my money even though the window for a refund had closed. Authentication takes more time than the length of the window to request a refund. That's a problem!
