We have been selling antiques at this location for 30 plus years--however Velva and Lou McGarity(Arthur Godfrey bandleader) were here from 1949-1981 and as a result the antique shop is perhaps the longest established in the State of Vermont. The shop has a wide array of antiques--formal, informal; everything from a meat grinder to a Rolls Royce Silver Wraith II. The current owner is a university professor;now semi retired who is a great collector himself....great library(Garet Library);Art Gallery(Loft Art Gallery) and a small real estate officer for those in need--It is all housed on an island in the middle of
