  Seller refunded me fully instantly after opening a return. Thank you. Very good in contact, responed straight away, seem to miss in my explanatory message about the difference. I asked for lights in photo. If I wanted blue lights could send bulbs. The photos and description didn't match item I received.   As indicated in the production description and posted photos the overlay is not precut and that is a good thing for the best end result. Read the first line of the description and refer to the posted directions.
