  Arrived quickly as described. Only downside is it came wrapped in christmas wrapping paper and it tore open while being shipped and this showed what the package contained. Not exactly ideal, but everything was as described!

  My chair was missing 3 of the 4 screws, immediately when I told the seller about it, he suggested crediting me $20 and did so within minutes of being told. He is an honorable seller and an asset to ebay!

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER VERY DISHONEST! purchase this item from this seller clearly posted as new. When I received the item it didn't look new to me but I was trusting. I tried to get it to work numerous times . After many calls to LeapFrog's customer service (weeks of trying, always getting a message DUE TO HIGH CALL VOLUME), I finally reached them today. When I gave them the serial number, they told me the item was between 3 -4 years old at least. This sellers costmer service sucks!
