  Exactly as described in the listing. Shipping and packaging were perfect. This product is great, I've had it before on my past PC and I couldn't get it to download from another source. Thankfully the seller had this one and it's perfect. It came in the original box, with an instruction book. Mint condition. Can't wait to start using it again.   Seller is rude. Customer service is horrible. Item was. It as pictured paint was missing from items seller is not professional. Packing smelled of mildew. Zero stars.
