    This came as expected, packaged safely in bubble wrap/packing material (though know that if ordering as a gift, they do not come in any individual or original boxing for the product). Does include power cord. Product was charged, ready to go and as promised. Shipped quickly. Affordable price and in good working condition. My daughter loves the color!

    Chromebooks are essentially word processors that connect to the internet, and that is exactly what I needed and what I got. Shipping was complicated by the carrier and the holidays, and this seller had great communication with me about that. The item is as described and works as expected, and is a good deal. It's clunky, but also as expected, and that made me appreciate that it is a cute color. There are no defects or visible marks or damage, and I am pleased with this purchase.
