    This was Stuck in Customs Australia, I made equiries with the courier without any response, only they will look into it. Then I sent a message to the seller, he responded within an hour or so when I thought he would be sleeping. The point of all of this. The item came. The Seller Is Great to Deal with and Helpful when Needed. Item is as described and well packaged. It was Good Value. I will deal with them again. Thank You.

    Product arrived with an issue that was not shown in the description or pictures. Backpack had a small tear in the side. Contacted seller (with pictures) and they immediately replied with made it right with a partial refund. Was disappointed with the product not arriving as described but seller was quick to rectify the issue. Appreciated the quick feedback and taking care of the issue Thanks again!

    Shipping was quick! They even let me counter offer the original price! I enjoyed the product coming ever wrapped and in a sealed bag! Overall the product I received was even better quality in person! I also appreciated the measurements that they included in the photos as well! 10/10 for this seller!
