  Shipped fast. 2nd or 3rd time Ive bought from them. Good deals and tools work everytime. Only once I had a brand new charger was faulty (not on them, Milwaukees fault). They send me a brand new charger for free, no questions asked. I plan on buying all future tools from them off this reason alone.

  Item came as describe. Even came with a Milwaukee tool bag. However, the items were just loose in the bag which was placed inside a large box. So nothing was secure throughout shipping. Even bubble wrapping the tool and battery inside the bag would have been helpful.
